See all the famous and historic sights of the San Diego bay: navy submarine base, NOSC and the Point Loma Light House and Cabrillo National Monument. During your whale watching excursion, besides whales, you'll witness many varieties of marine life: four types of dolphin, sea lions, Mola Mola (sun fish) and marine birds such as Brown Pelicans, Sea Gulls and Blue Herons along the way. After a brief tour of Tijuana, the day is yours in Rosarito for shopping and seeing the world famous ROSARITO BEACH HOTEL. A hide-out and playground for the stars of the 1940's, the hotel is still a popular getaway to relax and take a horseback ride in the surf. This quiet little beach town was also the sight for the making of the blockbuster movie "Titanic". Return to San Diego approximately around 18:30h.

Gelegen in het prachtige Balboa Park, is de 100 acre grote wereldberoemde San Diego Dierentuin in 1916 door Dr.Harry Wegeforth opgericht. Vandaag de dag heeft de San Diego Dierentuin de zorg over meer dan 3800 dieren van 800 verschillende soorten. Haar verzameling dieren en eveneens de plantencollectie met meer dan 6500 soorten wordt gekend als n van de beste van de hele wereld. Bai Yun en Shi Shi, de Reuzenpanda's die door China uitgeleend zijn, arriveerden in september 1996 in de San Diego Dierentuin. Op 21 augustus 1999, beviel Bai Yun van een jong, Hua Mei, de eerste noord-Amerikaanse Reuzenpanda die in een periode van 10 jaar geboren is. Deze toer is inclusief het retourvervoer en de entree met een Zoo combo ticket, waarbij een verhalende bustoer door de dierentuin, de kinderdierentuin en alle shows inbegrepen zijn.
